
Stella Bratimou is a PhD student of sociolinguistics at the Department of “Language and Intercultural Studies”, University of Thessaly, Greece. She holds a BA in “History & Archeology” (NKUA) and an MA on “Language Education for Refugees and Migrants” (Hellenic Open University). She has been working as a teacher of History and of Modern Greek Language and in programs regarding the educational inclusion of refugee-migrant students. She has also worked in research programs regarding mediation and interpretation, multilingualism in workspaces, etc. Her research interests include linguistic landscape studies, memory studies and critical pedagogy.
