Pavlina Charalampidou is a graduate in Education (B.A.) and in Psychology (B.A.), holds an MSc in Psychological Research Methods and a PhD in Psychology. She has an over 20 years’ teaching experience working in primary schools in Cyprus and in Greece. Since September 2021, she has been working as an adjunct faculty in the DL Special Education Master’s Program at the University of Nicosia. In 2017-2018 she was a Special Educational Advisor for the European project “NICeR: New Approach to Enforce the Cultural Integration of Young Refugees”. Between 2012-2014 she worked as an external scientific collaborator at the Cyprus Pedagogical Institute developing and carrying out trainings for teachers and parents in regards to school bullying and positive parenting. She has also worked in various bi-communal projects in Cyprus, promoting intergroup interaction among adolescents through the values of Olympism. Since 2021 she is on secondment at the I.E.P. and as of September 2023 she works as a scientific consultant at the IEP.
