Zoi Karanikola is a Doctor of Educational Sciences and a Graduate of the Pedagogical Department of Primary Education of the University of Patras. Her postgraduate studies are in Learning Disabilities and Social Theories, Educational Policies and Practices. Her PhD Thesis is in the field of intercultural education and its management policies. Her scientific interests relate to the field of training, education and human resource development, the respective national and international policies, intercultural communication and competence. Her scientific work includes participation in research projects, international publications, writing chapters in books and announcements at international conferences. Her teaching work is in the “Education Management” Master’s Program of the Department of Administrative Science and Technology, in the “Language Education for Refugees and Migrants” Master’s Program of the Hellenic Open University (LRM51, LRM52), in ASPAITE, in the Undergraduate Program of the Department of Museology of the University of Patras. Today he serves as an EDIP at the Department of History-Archaeology of the University of Patras.
