Apostolis Michalatos is a PhD candidate in the Department of Sociology at the University of the Aegean. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from the same university and a Master’s degree in Political Science & Sociology from the University of Athens. Since 2016, he has been working on programs related to children and specifically with underage migrants. Currently, he is employed in a program at the University of Thessaly related to education and also in N.g.o network for children’s rights as a case management officer. His research interests are focused on the fields of sociology of work and public policy.
