Sofia Tsioli is an educator doctor of applied linguistics and research methodology from the University of Athens and postdoctoral researcher in language rights at the University of Thessaly. For the last 10 years she has been working as a researcher at the Laboratory of Greek Language and Multilingualism of the University of Thessaly on the educational and social inclusion of people with refugee and migration experience. She has taught courses in higher education on bilingualismmultilingualism, and research methodology. She has co written with Victoria Banti-Markouti the script for the documentary short film “Hidden Goddess”.
